Due to the consumable nature of battery use the Hill Billy USA Lead Acid battery is warranted on a pro-rated for 12 months - free replacement if it fails within the first 3 months, 10% credit for failure each following months up to the 13th month from date of purchase. The Lithium Battery is warranted on a pro-rated for 3 years. Free Replacement if it fails within the first year, 50% credit for the second year and 25% credit for the third year.

Firstly, we will diagnose the fault from your description given over the telephone. If possible a spare part will be shipped within 24 hours, complete with fitting instructions.
If this is not practical we offer a back to base service we will arrange to collect from any US address you give us, carry out the work, and deliver back to you, all within a few days.
